I ended up purchasing a Canon XL1, its used, but new to me. It'll be in next week, so I will have fun with that.

Stiiiillllll working on things, as usual, I am never happy with my results. I will continue my quest.

Added some more test videos up. This should be a more accurate display of which player is the better one, or at least which one people would rather. So please comment on the page the video is on, a thread or this news post. Thanks.

Looks like people are telling me the FlowPlayer is working better than the JW. I will make some more vids tonight and setup more test examples to see which one performs better with bigger files and different options.

Added the videos menu, in there are the JW and FlowPlayer examples. Go ahead and comment on which one you think is better.
